I was so impressed after my appointment today. Having anxiety around all doctors appointments, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout. Dr. Tsui was so kind and reassuring, I have my kids scheduled to come in over the summer. Can’t recommend enough :)

I was having the literal worst day but had to make my glasses fitting appointment because I'm not a jerk. I was so wadded up that I couldn't make decisions or even form an opinion but the universe saw fit to give me Heather. Heather helped me find the perfect glasses, she calmed my nerves and even gave me a fidget toy when I started to fade out. It's a harsh world and for a few minutes I didn't feel like burden or just another credit card to exploit. She was so kind and so informative. Ten Stars! Five isn't enough.

My first visit was fantastic! Dr. Tsui was great … she was friendly, thorough and confident. Before seeing Dr. Tsui, I saw Heather who did preliminary testing me, and she was very nice, professional and informative! After seeing Dr Tsui I worked with Caylay who helped me select frames and determine lenses for my new glasses. In comparing my experience I’ve had in the past via the “discount” business establishments there is a “night and day” difference in the whole process of getting my exam, sharing knowledge about my eyes and prescription, to measuring me for my new glasses. I finally found an eye care clinic in Bend whom I can trust and feel comfortable with!
